How appalling! I would like to know the religious affiliations of this
NSW Judge who can demean a magistrate who actually witnessed the
testimony in the original case solely on the basis of his supposed
superior 'wisdom'.

Yet again we have the victims treated as
liars. I suppose they just came forward for nothing and the fact that
the person who abused them was tried and convicted of a similar offence
on others is irrelevant. These victims are now, effectively, by this
judge, seen as liars.

How rotten is this justice system which
continually treats victims as though they were perpetrators and which
gives special treatment to clergy despite the mountain of evidence that
covering up abuse by its members was ubiquitous.

It is long
past time this protection and privileged treatment of church ministers
and such was halted. Our judicial system is supposed to give equal
consideration to all. It demonstrably does nothing of the kind.

This sucks.

Israeli Perfidy Against Palestinians.

This is not conflict.  It is not even the 'legal' murder that occurs in war or policing.  This is MURDER and a symptom of slow genocide.  The Israeli leadership need to be stopped.  Trump needs to be stopped.  His movement of the US Embassy nothing but provocation.  When will the World stand up and stop the Israeli leadership as it stopped the Nazi leadership in WWII?  Why is it that the Israeli leadership defies its own people by its provocative and senseless attacks on Palestinians when it is Palestinian land on which Israel stands?  We, that is, humanity, ought to be past this type of conflict by now.  Reason and rationality ought to be at work.  Instead, we have buffoons such as Trump and criminals such as Netanyahu creating havoc and circumstance that can only lead to another major conflagration.  THIS IS WRONG.
